Building a self-reliant technology platform
Product portfolio and the plan to issue a tokenised security (Security Token — VIF Token).
Not just a product — an ecosystem
To build an open ecosystem that endures across generations and strengthens the long-term capability and independence of individuals, organisations and society.
To create the platforms, products and communities that let people learn, create and contribute together, and build values worth passing on to the next generation.
Nine core values
Integrity
Transparency builds trust
Independence
Self-reliance over dependency
Openness
Knowledge is made to be shared and inherited
Contribution
Value belongs to those who create it
Responsibility
Authority comes with accountability
Co-creation
Durable value comes from shared effort
Sustainability
Never trade away the future
Innovation
Always looking for a better way
Stewardship
Leave the ecosystem stronger than we found it
Enterprise technology is fragmented and dependent
The problem is not a shortage of technology, but a fragmented stack that makes every strategic change difficult.
Technology dependency
The operating system, the database and the office suite are all imported — each layer is a single point of dependency for licensing, data and security.
Fragmented systems
Capability is split across disconnected layers — OS, device management, data, application development and AI — each from a different vendor.
Complex migration
Changing operating system is more than a reinstall: hardware, software, licences, Office macros and user profiles all have to be assessed and moved.
Three revenue streams that reinforce each other
Services open the customer door, licences create recurring revenue, and the token raises capital and builds the community around the ecosystem.
Solution services
- Migration assessment service
- OS, data and application migration
- Deployment, operations and remote support
Software licences
- Licence / subscription per device or user
- MOM, SaiOS, Sai Office, VCD
- Enterprise tier: on-premises, air-gapped
Tokenised equity
- VIF Token — a security token, 100M fixed supply

The investment logic
Enter through real demand
Assessment and migration services generate early revenue and open the enterprise door.
Retain through the platform
Every migrated machine becomes a management, OS and Sai Office subscription.
Go deeper into the core
SaiOS and VCD steadily raise the level of independence — a long-term competitive moat.
The VIF product ecosystem map
Eight products across four capability groups, sharing one security foundation, one AI layer and the VIF Token — each one links to its own section.

ATLAS: the AI assistant across the ecosystem
An AI assistant for individuals and enterprises — the assistant layer that the operating system, the management tooling and the office suite all draw on.
One assistant, every surface
The deck puts a private AI assistant inside three separate products. ATLAS is that assistant as a product of its own, for the individual user as much as for the enterprise.
- Local / private AI by default — data never has to leave the organisation
- Native on SaiOS, which integrates local and private AI at the OS level
- The assistant behind Sai Document, Sai Slides and Sai Spreadsheet
- The AI assistant stage of the MOM roadmap, from year 2 onwards
Why it matters
For individuals
A personal assistant that runs on the machine, with no data sent outside.
For enterprises
The same assistant under on-premises and air-gapped policy, permissions and audit.
For the ecosystem
Every VIF product gets its AI layer from one place instead of four.
Pricing and packaging for ATLAS are not settled yet. The points above are drawn from the product lines the deck describes; its stages are in the roadmap.
Lai: the streaming platform for digital content
Streaming for digital content — the one product in the portfolio that faces an audience rather than an IT department.
A consumer edge on an enterprise portfolio
MOM, SaiOS, Sai Office and VCD are all sold to organisations. Lai reaches people directly, which gives the ecosystem a second kind of demand and a second kind of user.
- Distribution for digital content, built on the VIF platform stack
- Content creation assisted by the same local/private AI layer as ATLAS
- Covered by the VIF Token economy, which spans every product in the ecosystem
Where it sits
Audience reach
A route to users who will never buy an operating system licence.
Content demand
Streaming gives the AI and content group a place to be used every day.
Token utility
The token rewards contributors and provides liquidity across every product.
The revenue model for Lai — subscription, advertising, or a share of what creators earn — is still open. Its stages are in the roadmap.
Aegis Chain: a blockchain on post-quantum cryptography
A PQC blockchain mainnet — the same post-quantum foundation that SaiOS is built on, applied to the ledger.
Post-quantum from the ground up
The deck argues that the demand for data sovereignty and for security against quantum computers is what makes now the moment to build. Aegis Chain is that argument applied to digital assets rather than to the desktop.
- Post-quantum cryptography designed in from the foundation, not retrofitted
- Shares its cryptographic foundation with SaiOS and the rest of the stack
- Paired with AquantWallet, the post-quantum wallet of the same group
The chain timeline in the deck
The testnet and mainnet dates are the token milestones the deck states. Which assets beyond the VIF Token the chain carries is still to be decided.
AquantWallet: a post-quantum cryptocurrency wallet
A cryptocurrency wallet built on post-quantum cryptography — where a holder keeps and moves the assets of the ecosystem.
The holder’s door into the token economy
A wallet is where a token stops being a line in a cap table and becomes something a contributor, an investor or a customer actually holds. AquantWallet is that door, with the same post-quantum guarantees as the chain beneath it.
- Post-quantum signatures and key handling, matching Aegis Chain
- Where contributors receive rewards and investors hold their VIF Token
- Completes the quantum-resistant digital assets group with Aegis Chain
What it serves
Contributors
The Contributor Fund is the largest allocation; a wallet is how it is received.
Investors
Custody of the VIF Token after the conversion from convertible equity.
The ecosystem
Liquidity across every product needs somewhere for the token to live.
The custody model — self-custody, a hosted option, or both — is still to be decided. Its stages are in the roadmap.
Early revenue from services while the core platform is built
All eight products on one timeline. Each stage is timed from project kick-off (year 0, with year 1 running through 2026). Stages marked beyond five years express the long-term vision.

AMM pricing (x × y = k): the earlier you enter, the better the price
A 15,000,000-token investor pool. Each tranche buys at most 1,000,000 tokens (1% of total supply); the price rises as the pool shrinks.
Round 1 · tranches 1–4
4,000,000 tokens · price 1,000 → 1,590 VND
Round 2 · tranches 5–8
4,000,000 tokens · price 1,909 → 3,750 VND
Two stages of ownership, converted 1:1 and transparently
Stage 1
Before the token is listed
- Instrument
- A technology investment partnership, or an interest-free / preferential-rate loan with a five-year term
- Form of ownership
- Company equity / a convertible loan
- Documentation
- A receipt and an investment partnership agreement (SAFT)
Stage 2
After the token is listed
- Instrument
- A digital technology investment
- Form of ownership
- Tokenised equity — VIF Token (a security token)
- Documentation
- On-chain transactions on a licensed exchange
A 36-month lock, staged release, and a buyback at the original price
This applies to pre-listing (early seed) investors. Secondary investors trade freely, 24/7, with no restrictions.
From month 36, up to 20% of the holding may be sold every six months.
Worked example
An investor holding 1,000,000 tokens may sell at most 200,000 tokens in each six-month window. The goal: prevent pump-and-dump and price manipulation, and keep the secondary market stable.
Buyback clause
If an investor wishes to exit, the company commits to buying back the entire holding at exactly the original purchase price. After month 36, the investor chooses: sell on the exchange, or sell back to the company.
Pre-listing controls
At least seven working days’ written notice. Within any rolling 30 days only one investor may transfer, in registration order; adjusted to comply with Vietnamese law.
Designed so the company and the investor both win
For the company (issuer)
- No dump risk
- Removes the risk of seed investors dumping tokens the moment they list, keeping the price stable.
- Buy equity back cheaply
- If the market price rises sharply, buying back at the original price recovers the asset at low cost.
- Liquidity stays under control
- Avoids sudden selling pressure from large investors.
For the investor
- Principal protection
- 100% of the principal is guaranteed if the market turns or the project falls short of expectations.
- Long-term upside
- Full market upside after three years if the business grows strongly.
- A commitment to stay the course
- It demonstrates the issuer’s credibility and financial capacity.
A three-step execution plan
Sign the lock-up and buyback agreement
The 36-month lock and the buyback clause are written explicitly into the investment agreement / SAFT.
Set up a buyback reserve vault
Set aside 10–15% of annual revenue or of the funds raised into a buyback reserve.
Run vesting on-chain
Years 1–3 are locked 100% in a smart contract timelock; from month 36 the schedule opens up.
Building the foundation of a sovereign technology stack, together
Testnet trial
Testing the AMM smart contract, the vesting mechanism and system security.
Mainnet launch
Formal on-chain creation of the 100M VIF Token; conversion records are signed.
SCEX listing
A dedicated security token exchange; the three-year lock period begins.
International exchanges
Binance, OKX and others expand global liquidity; the lock period ends.
What we are looking for
VND 16bn
Seed capital across two rounds, capped at 1M tokens per investor.
Strategic partners
Enterprises and public bodies to be the first deployment customers.
Legal & IPO advisors
To help complete the security token framework and the path to listing.
